Though this story was first published back in June, we wanted to show the Ace Project, one of our partner non-profits some love!
The ACE Project celebrated more than a dozen students who graduated from the Academy of Child Entrepreneurship. Fourteen students completed the round of the seven-month program.
A graduation ceremony was held on Sunday at The Grand on Cane Run Road to recognize their accomplishments. ACE, or the Academy of Child Entrepreneurship, helps kids in the community create their own businesses and get a head start in entrepreneurship.
Students participate in weekly classes, financial literacy research and mentorship as they develop their own business. The ACE Project works to transform the lives of underserved children and families impacted by gun violence and trauma.
